Every junior role wants experience. Meridian gives you a realistic one: a 12-week simulated job with a manager who assigns real work, reviews it, and sends it back when it isn't good enough.

How it works

1 · Pick your role

Choose Data Analyst, Software Engineer, Product Manager, or Marketing Analyst. Each role has its own company, manager, team, curriculum, and deliverables.

2 · You join the team

Sign up and you're the new junior hire — a Slack-style workspace with your manager, engineer, peer, and real stakeholders. Everything is role-specific.

3 · You do the actual work

Download real datasets, specs, and repos. Audit, query, code, write specs, or analyse campaigns. Tasks are auto-graded — wrong answers come back with feedback.

4 · You ship a project

Twelve weeks, six milestones, a final presentation — and a verifiable certificate you can put on LinkedIn.

Questions

Is this a course?

No. There are no videos and no lessons. It's a job: you get assigned work, you do it with real (simulated) data, and your manager reviews it. You learn the way you would in a real first role.

What skills does it cover?

Depends on your role. Data Analyst covers SQL, analytics, and stakeholder communication. Software Engineer covers API design, TDD, and architecture. Product Manager covers research, prioritisation, and GTM. Marketing Analyst covers campaigns, cohorts, and attribution.

What do I need?

A laptop. You download role-specific data and specs from inside the app; everything else happens in the workspace chat.

Can I put this on my CV?

Yes — completing the arc issues a certificate with a public verification link, and more importantly, you'll have a genuine project you can talk through in interviews, end to end.

Can my friends do it too?

Yes — each user gets their own isolated simulation. You can all sign up with the same link and each get a personalised experience with different tasks, characters, and milestones.
