What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and a salted hash of your password (we never store the password itself).
Simulation data: your messages in the workspace, your task submissions, progress, milestones and scores — this IS the product, so it's stored for you.
Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we store only your Stripe customer reference and plan status.
Usage counts: daily message counts, for plan limits.

How your messages are processed

To generate character replies, your workspace messages are sent to third-party AI model providers (currently Cerebras and/or OpenRouter) as conversation context. They are used to produce the reply and are subject to those providers' data policies. Don't post sensitive personal information in the simulation chat — the characters don't need it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
We don't send marketing email unless you opt in; transactional email only (verification, password reset, receipts).

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. Email support from your account address to delete your account; we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax/accounting.

Cookies and storage

We use browser localStorage for your login session. No advertising trackers.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time via support. If you're in the UK/EU, you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
